Corporal (Cpl) Richard Bergeron(L), of the Royal 22ieme Régiment, and Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Mike Gray pose for a photo after botth winning top Marksman wards for their respective ellements. MWO Gary was awarded the Queens Medal for being the top shot in the Reserves while Cpl Bergeron would have won The Queen's Medal if the CF had provided one for the competition. The Queen's Medal is usualy awarded to the top individual marksmen for both the reserves and the regular force. DCRA has been hosting the competition in absence of the Canadian Forces Small Arms Competition (CFSAC) that hasn't run in the last two years due to overseas operations and budgetary restraints
